Do you offer payment plans?
Yes for any booking including the Birth Story package I have payment plan options, just ask!
Do you only offer bumps, birth and Baby sessions?
Yes! I specialize in these particular areas of photography, as I love it and I'm really passionate about this time of family life. It also means you are guaranteed amazing pictures as I have perfected my skills for these session types. There's no 'do-overs' with any of these milestones. I.e. with newborns, they grow and change so quickly! So make sure you choose a photographer who will give you the memories of this special time just the way you want them!
Will you pose our newborn? And us?
Sort of. Lifestyle sessions are my favourite because they capture you naturally. So if you're after stiff studio poses, then my services are not for you. I will however, always guide and move you to get the best looking shots. I do not offer or include properly posed newborns.
How long are the sessions?
I am all about everyone being calm and relaxed, so it takes however long it takes to get the shots we want! If we need to stop and have a cuppa at some point, great. I'm there to work in with your family. But usually the newborn sessions take around 1.5 - 3 hours, and will often be on the longer side if you have other children under 3 years old. Maternity sessions are often around the 1.5 hour mark.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes I do to secure your booking/date.
For non-birth bookings I require a 20% deposit with the balance due 2 days prior to your session.
For any booking including the Birth Story package I require a $500 deposit, with the balance due before you're 37 weeks pregnant.
How many pictures will we receive?
Birth Story includes the entire gallery of photos (over 100+). The other sessions include choosing your favourite (number depends on the package) final images from your Gallery. If you just can't choose (I get it!) then I have options available to purchase more.
Can we buy more prints or wall art through you?
Yes of course. I have good quality places I get them through so you know they'll be perfect! Just ask for my price list if you're interested :)
When will we get our photos?
I aim to send you a sneak peek within 3-4 days, and then will have the final Gallery ready for viewing within 4 weeks. I always aim for sooner but just depends on my work load at the time.
Do you give us all of the RAW files?
Definitely not! I only deliver the best of the best and the photos that best represent my work. Trust me when I say you do not want the raw files, they look a little like a cake before it's been made and decorated.
